Gonzales has really fallen hard over the past decade

It is a shame too because that city has everything it needs to be successful

1. great paying jobs in close proximity
2. a great school district (although the EA population brings it down)
3. Lots of retail/food options

Gonzalez, especially Burnside Avenue, has let the 60s and 70s pass them by. Burnside needs a complete overhaul, even if they want a retro old city look
