Meh. Rod isn't right or left, particularly. He's a prosecutor. He worked for Ken Starr on Whitewater. He's a Republican, albeit a Philly one. I'm not saying he's a Scalia acolyte, but he's got more in common with Rudy Giuliani than he does to even Arlen Specter.
I'll just leave it at that.
