If Trump goes down for obstruction of justice which stemmed from a collusion conspiracy that has yet to show any evidence, this country is in a bad spot.

IMHO, the legal theory that they will use to nail Trump with Obstruction is that his "hope" was really a direct order that would be obeyed or Comey would be fired. This is not traditional "obstruction" but, I believe that Mueller will be only too glad to allow a bit of expansion and innovation when it comes to his newfound definition of "obstruction."
The judges and Justices no longer follow the law, why should we expect Mueller to follow the law?
IMHO, Mueller will release his findings timed to inflict significant political damage on Trump. This is payback for Hillary losing and for what Comey did to Hillary. Comey and Mueller got sent for and they got the word -- somebody has to answer for what Comey did to Hillary.
