was wondering how long it would take for someone to make this political.
Is it out of the realm of possibility that the motivation is political?

No one knows the motive but it was congress folks so it's not exactly an illogical leap even if it's premature.

We'll see once the shooter is found, but not a hard stretch of the imagination to see that the level of vitriol being spilled from the left, including from its leaders, could easily lead to situations like what could be happening here today. If that is the case, no doubt your side will never own it and resort to calling for gun control instead of owning your hateful rhetoric. The left, in their pogrom to destroy Trump, is guilty of the very hate they claim to detest in Trump.

I was in your sister battalion, 2/87 from 2004-2008. My best friend and roommate was a PL in C Co 1/32. Small world!

IF this turns out to have been politically motivated, it would take things to a whole new level. A whole new horrific level! I pray that it wasn't. Although not sure why else a single gunman would open fire on a specific group of people. The neighborhood this happened in is not a very safe one, fwiw.
Praying for recovery for all involved!

I agree with you on this. This isn't a time to be political. Political leanings have no place when talking about innocent people being shot.

Who the hell would downvote a message like this, even assuming you don't think he's a good guy? It's crap like this that's really over the top.

Rep Ron DeSantis said a guy asked them who was out there practicing...Republicans or Democrats...as they were leaving. Said the shooting happened about 5 minutes later

I'll be shocked if this isn't 100 percent politically motivated.
Really, not me and is anything, anything purely 100% motivation for one reason, I say no, usually several issues present themselves and motivate one or several actions.

NBC: "Bias crimes appeared to increase in some cities following the Nov. 8 election of President Donald Trump"
^ MSM doesn't mind pointing the finger, if this turns out to be political I'm sure they'll be "fair and balanced" in their self examination.

Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks said he saw the shooter behind the third base dugout, shooting from behind it.

I thought you'd be disappointed your man, the shooter, didn't get a higher Republican body count. But thankfully you are just mad at Republicans for being resentful that Progressives are shooting them.

Can you see if you can get some inside details for us? I'm tired of reading the speculation in the media, it would be so great to know everyone's ok and what the hell really happened. If possible!
