Ochsner Announces $100 million Expansion into BR (Only Phase 1)

BR and Lake Charles are two of the only cities in LA to add jobs in the last year (NOLA at a loss). Other than the irrelevant and failing mayor, BR's economy and medical sector is growing and getting better every year. Good for BR.
