I'm very logical with this, but I think you're being a bit too hard on Wade
I think Wade should get a TON of credit for the Emmitt Williams recruitment. Yeah, everyone backed off, but he took a chance and stuck with him throughout the whole ordeal, and in the end it paid off huge dividends. I think that shows a lot to the type of person Wade is.
With Days, he had offers (how committable? I'm not sure) from UNC, Kansas and Florida State to name a few. That's a big win in my books for Wade as well, even if the Gators didn't offer.
I think he still gets a lot of credit for keeping Smart in state. It's a huge breath of fresh air to see the top player in the state make it official as early as he did.
Haven't had the best of luck with that with the past few previous coaches (outside of Jarrel Martin).
Reid, yeah, the girlfriend was definitely the main recruitment there. Still have to do your part for someone that had an offer from about everywhere. Could Johnny have reeled him in?
I think the 2019 class is going to definitely be a foundation builder with the possible exodus we may have. Now if he surprises us with a 5-star, that would be excellent

Interesting tidbit I just found out:
Duop Reath has a younger brother who is a freshman at Lee college, Sebit Reath. He's also 6'10, and he didn't play a ton his freshman year, but Duop didn't do much either until his sophomore season.
Considering he's following in his brother's footsteps, I wonder if we have legit interest in keeping up with him and him possibly coming here if he breaks out next year at Lee college.
