Baton Rouge area LSU fans are so parochial.
There are a lot of people in Shreveport, Houston and Dallas who have to "travel to see LSU play" their home games.

Some of us have to travel for a home game. Not going to an away game doesn't make me less of an LSU fan.

It is a very fun thing to do and makes you feel good to be showing your colors for your team.
