No need to overstate the repercussions of it. It likely isn't classified and the "executive privilege" is a throwaway term in this context.

Comey testified that he gave the memos to a friend BEFORE he was fired. News reports referencing the memos and their contents spoke of two people who were able to verify the reports because they had seen said memos. Rutro lol
