Of course Trump is going to get some stuff done - he's still President with a Republican Congress. Trump's done quite a bit on the deregulation front - that hasn't been discussed enough.

But day after day of self-inflicted wounds has sent his popularity into a nose dive and with it his ability to strong-arm Congress into passing meaningful legislation. Look at the health-care bill as an example. Now Comey's on TV calling the President a liar and saying that Trump tried to stop an investigation into Trump's guy. That looks bad to average Americans. His poll numbers will continue to suffer and he won't be able to threaten to campaign against Congressmen if they don't fall in line. So they won't andnot much will get done.
