Actually not.
Under Di Fi questioning, Comey admitted not being able to comprehend Trump and not understanding his nonverbal communications!
He THOUGHT that there MIGHT have been pressure. He would not unambiguously state that Trump actually pressured him with an order. He said it was up to his friend the independent investigator to decide!
Notice that under Democratic questions he would imply an order, but denied a clear order under Republican questions.
He is the amazing plastic man with an anti Trump bias!
