I also usually say if the actions alleged by the left are true (which they aren't) it still isn't obstruction. You think that means I'm having an argument over whether the alleged actions are true? Yikes.

As for me being ignorant of a president being prosecuted...you are correct it has never been decided. However it was fully briefed in the United States v Nixon case. It was argued. Chief Justice Burger wrote that it was not necessary to address that question in order to resolve the executive privilege issue, which was the issue before he court. So while it has never been done in the past, the Supreme Court has also never ruled on the arguments. So instead of trying to claim others are ignorant of what procedures are legal and which aren't. Perhaps do a little more research next time.
