I've never tried it, but how does milk fit in to a fasting "diet"? I'm okay with taking my protein with just water, but its easier to stomach with milk instead.

I've started it. Eat from noon-8p. It's not too hard, but that morning workout hunger is real. Luckily BCAA's can counteract it somewhat

All IF is, is eating all your food in a certain time period during the day, say noon-8PM. You can technically eat whatever during that time frame and fast the 16 other hours of the day.

In Lehman's terms skip breakfast and don't eat after 8PM.
