I'd say there is a greater than 50/50 shot he was.

This guy would not be on my baseball team anymore. If this was him groping a girl a few years younger than him, fine. If this was a Jeremy Hill situation where he got a BJ from a freshman when he was a senior, fine.

This is him REPEATEDLY, for multiple years, molesting a toddler when he was a post-pubescent (likely) teenager that also was a family member.

I agree with lsurpride as well about the data. That data lumps it all together. There are massive degrees of variation in that bucket of criminal sexual activity. That's like using the recidivism rate for harcore rapists and applying it to a 19 year old charged with stat rape for dating a high schooler. They should not be taken seriously when grouped together.

I wonder if / how ESPN will cover this if OSU makes the CWS. Like if he's pitching it's hard to imagine the announcers talking about something so despicable.
