So, do you honestly believe that NK has a weapons acceptance test on the books?

Look, I get the threat, but the idea that anyone with any sort of weapons program would hap hazardly launch a guided anti-ship missile without a target just screams shitty military.

If he had steamed an old cruiser out to sea, used a Fire Control radar to acquire the target, and then successfully launched and destroyed said target, then I'd give them some credit.

Hell, even if they knew the location of the cruiser and blown it to bits, I'd give them some credit.

At this point they are basically pushing a button, and saying, "Look at me!!!"

I doubt the acronym IOC exists in NK.
