I read a fascinating piece about 'Memo to Self'. It's what a lot of people in business and agencies do now. It is not to be sent to another person. It's to be filed 'to self'. It's almost like a diary.

The author said that the only problem with it is that if two people have a private conference and then write memo to self, the two memos will not look the same even though they are recollections of the same meeting.
