Totally agree. If he had trouble selling his beer in Louisiana, he could easily expand into one or two TX markets.

I think your comparison to Trillium is good. Some brewers are just better, and people in other states are seeking them out. You don't see people on this board seeking out Harpoon. They want Trillium/Tree House, because it's better. Parish is Trillium. Tin Roof is Harpoon. Not necessarily bad, but not good enough to pay to have it shipped out of state.
