Different things click for different people. First, it might not come over night or even in a week. Put the call down, and pick it up tomorrow. Pick it back up find a new video to watch and try to do what they are demonstrating. It's hard to explain, but the thing that sparked it for me was when I heard someone use the phrase, make a noise similar to how you would say HUT as a quarterback. The air is gonna come from deep down and be "hot". I make a grunting noise as I blow, and my quacks are pretty solid.

You're gonna get tons of different advice. There's no sure fire technique, some things will make it click for some people. Keep at it, don't get discouraged.
