Ecobee 3 Lite version. Cheap and just as many features as everything else. It even supports the remote sensors now. No reason to buy the more expensive versions.

It averages out the temp differences between all the sensors to determine when to turn off/on air/heat.
I have one sensor because we have one room that has poor circulation and stays much hotter.
