The travel ban from the five failed states was also good policy although its held up in the courts.
So two good EOs so far in six months. And his lack of progress isn't all on him because Congress is a dumpster fire but it again shows the dangers of electing a populist that is light on policy.

I feel like the "what has he done" argument needs to be taken seriously at the end of a term, not 6 months into it. Some of your better presidents didn't really make solid policy changes with results until into a 2nd term.
The SCOTUS appt, although not a policy, was extremely important because it could effect policies down the road, even post Trump.
