I'd say the 2 for 1 regulation policy was a pretty good idea.
Just like Obama, it seems a lot of symbolic fluff, with some headlines and photo ops.

Because eventually 2 for 1 catches up to you. At the very least it limits govt growth. It won't have an immediate impact. Give it a year or two. You know how politics works.
