if you're going to intentionally hit the ump, maybe not have your catcher completely move out of the way

should have had her set up low and away and pretend to get crossed up

Actually seen this happen in a game I was a part of. The ump had been squeezing our pitcher. And the coach told them to pretend to get crossed up. Our guy was throwing 95. Hit the umpire square in the gut. The strike zone got a lot bigger.
