I don't doubt small dogs can cause harm. It's that people seem unable to stop it after the attack has begun.
If I get in an incident like that, I'm gouging, kicking.

Besides this one incident, which is obviously rare, why does it bother people having dogs on planes?
Again, I won't ever do it, we just board our pup in our city, but I see no real reason ever mentioned why people hate this, yet everyone always screams about the service dog thing being out of control.
Why does it bother people? I'm not trolling, genuinely curious.
Flew yesterday and there was a dog on the flight and it just chilled there, like they usually do. I'd rather 20 dogs instead of 1 screaming baby.

Guessing it was a sudden, quick event, not rolling around in the aisle wrestling with the dog.
