Nothing to it, you would ideally follow the Empire waterway from Empire to the Empire Jetties, however its not really marked anymore but still there. Assuming you have a decent GPS/chartplotter come through the locks at Empire at the river then exit through the locks on the marsh side, run to the rocks on your chartplotter, if you get out of the waterway there will be oyster poles to slalom through but it's pretty deep the whole way especially in summer with a summer tide being higher. I don't worry about hitting anything over there anymore I just run and avoid the oyster poles which can be a PIA.
