Exactly. There are a lot of loud stadiums and arenas around the country. But the fact that we've had a national reputation for decades should mean something is recognizably different, right?

Haha, hell yeah it should. I dont see how anyone can say the op or his opinion is stupid when so many people who have been to big time games in so many venues can say LSU stands out to them without any bias or a underlying love for LSU to begin with. Our fans are second to none.

it isn't the roar for me, but rather, it's the buzzing between pitches that i could notice through the tv on a night like Saturday night in the first few innings... or between plays in the Alabama football game for example
