5% or 6500 police officers are armed in England. Are you telling me that those are the only ones authorized to make an arrest? You're the ignorant one here.

Well if only 5% are armed and the were able to mobilize armed response to these attacks in 8 miutes they did a FANTASTIC job!!!
I wish the police in NOLA had an 8 minute response time to quell armed incidents.......
That would be a good start.

Again, you're changing the subject. I pointed out that 'community police' (PCSOs) are different from normal police. I said nothing about the question of arming police. You attacked me for making that statement.
