Statistically speaking you were far safer. Nola is more dangerous than almost any place outside of third world countries. That being said, I still don't believe in open borders and mass immigration like what's going on in Europe. Why take the risk? It makes no sense.

Well yeah that's the point. I don't necessarily agree with wide open borders either. But people who over exaggerate and say shite like "I'll never go to that shithole because of terrorist attacks", is so short sighted.
Did those same people say they wouldn't? travel to New York after 9/11? I mean statically speaking you are far more likely to get killed in the inner city by a black male than any other kind of murder. Stop going to inner cities altogether?

Absolutely. Didndos are a far, far greater problem in the US. I wouldn't add migration from the Middle East to the problem but we agree there.

GF had left a play in London and was heading straight for that bus station by/on the bridge that got hit. As her group approached it cops turned them around and said that there had been a incident.
