Thanks for the advice guys! I will be cooking this Sunday night before a fishing trip at a camp in Port Sulphur. I wanted to make sure I had enough, but I am also on a budget since it is a work event. I'd rather put more money towards beer!

When in doubt, buy extra beer. They will quickly forget if there wasn't enough food, but they will remember if there wasn't enough beer.
