I really don't let RT or critics drive my theater watching habits.
It has gotten ridiculously expensive to go to a movie (concessions etc) and often times other patron's behavior make me not want to go.
That plus 65" 4K HDtv with surround system at home makes the wait tolerable.

Which is why ratings sites have gotten more important. I don't want to go spend minimum $15 just based on a cool trailer.
Studios need to get used to the modern world. People don't go shell out at restaurants just based on ads in the newspaper either; they're using Yelp and food boards.
