As additional evidence that tends to prove my assertion is correct, "covfefe" is similar to "cow feces".

I told stout y'all would do this shite. He said "but I didn't say it lol!11!" So now you have to individually figure out which one of you is dumb enough to think this was on purpose and use a rolodex of tactics because you all have a different level of stupidity.
This was a typo.
He is human and not THAT tech savvy.
And thats perfectly okay.

I'm pretty sure he meant "kerfuffle", a sense of disordered confusion. However, by saying covfefe he created a neologism, which is a hallmark of certain forms of schizophrenia.
