Being the visiting team makes the opponent throw an extra inning, which could potentially be beneficial provided we win game 1 and game 2 and game 2 loser wins the following game so we play them again.
As far as I'm concerned, every inning our opponents have to pitch is important once it's down to two teams.

Give me the chance to have last at-bat if I need it. No baseball team would willingly let the other team have last at-bat if it won a coin flip.
