re: Expat Life in Saudi

I worked in oman for a little while and it wasnt bad. I dont think I would go back unless I had a job in the city full time. I had to work in the office in the desert, which wasnt bad but it just sucked not being able to get away from work. The time I spent in the city for visa renewal and in and out was fun. Im not sure about saudi but the spots I went to had night clubs in the hotels with liquor.

If you work out on a base it sucks because you have to eat the shitty food and cant go to the store or just get away. So make sure you get a job in the city.
