I agree with you what happened last month and his response was pretty bad. I guess I just hesitate to dismiss him altogether from one bad response. No big gripe. But on the internet...I'm pretty friecking smart.

I use the term moron lightly. I'm aware he is an intelligent man. Otherwise he wouldn't be CEO of the nation's 3rd largest airline.
