The h*ll it is. Whole aisles of shopping malls across the land are shuttering their doors because the stores can't compete in today's economy. Even major banks like Wells Fargo are having to close hundreds of branches.
Obama needs to visit the current occupant of the Oval Office, and give him a little advice on how to properly manage an economy.

That's much more Wells Fargo's fault than it is Trump's.
How soon we forget (when it's politically expedient to do so)...

Yeah... And how is this trumps fault? They can't compete because malls are out dated. Not because of the economy. But because of things like AMAZON. And other ONLINE RETAILERS, where instead of wasting time and gas, people can pull out their handy handy cell phone. And order what they want, while taking a shite in their bathroom at home.
You are so willfully ignorant in your attempts to put the blame on trump it really is sad.

I cant tell if this is serious or not so I'm going to treat this as the dumbest thing I'll read today.
1) Mall aisles are empty because e-commerce and its convenience have changed the face of consumerism (ever notice why Amazon's stock goes up whenever Sears and the rest have bad news?). I know I would rather have my widgets delivered to my door.
2) Similarly, the shift to electronic banking, the additional features in ATMs, etc have largely made physical branches only useful for the elderly/technologically incompetent and in some cases those going through the archaic loan process our banks make you go through (even Brazil has more modern tech in this arena than we do). Have you never deposited a check using the mobile app? The average person has absolutely no reason to step foot in a bank anymore. Its 2017.
Have you been to a bank lately? Every time I'm in Chase I'm generally one of a handful of people. Why would you have branches a mile apart when you could consolidate, save the cost of the security, building, tellers, etc, and inconvenience literally no one?
This isnt even business management 101, this should be intuitive.

Yet unemployment continues to drop. Amazing!

Obama was there for 8 years, and ran our National debt up more than any other President. We don't want him anywhere near the White House. Ever.

We still are months away from Trump's budget, tax reform and even the AHCA. For now, any economic positives are represented via market anticipation of eventual Trump policy effects. e.g., the postelection Trump rally, rather than actual policy.
But you're right. Our actual current economic policy largely remains Obama's.

I've shuttered two of my 3 retail stores in the past 12 months and even I know that the economy is roaring. We just have to find a way to deal with the new reality that is Amazon. Once that delivery time was cut to 24 hours a huge shift occurred. One would have to be economically retarded to not recognize the difference between a booming economy and a paradigm shift in how we procure goods and services.

Couldn't be because of the online shopping boom.

Oh yeah...YOUR money to slackers, illegals and even ISIS terrorists in the form of all manner of Government subsidies. And all tacked onto the DOUBLED, exponentially-increasing National Debt. And worse, with NO productive bang for those bucks.
And just like Obama designed ObamaCare to fail and crash in order for a Government takeover...it's the same with the National Debt. Alinsky-ites engineer and want the Debt to expand so it CAN crash...with a Government takeover assured.
Disgusting. And anybody who thinks that the above Strategy would result in some Socialist Utopia is delusional. It would be a dogfight where millions of weak folk would die in the streets.
