What are the best pubic courses within 2 hours of Baton Rouge?

Some wouldn't call that local because that's within range of most of south louisiana.

It's been awhile since I lived there, but the best public courses in br area are:

1) The bluffs
2) Santa Maria
3) copper mill
4) beaver creek

You can probably make it to Grand Bear in around 2 hours and some change.


Fun course. Middle of nowhere, by Gulfport, MS.

always liked Santa Maria. The grass was always green. Must be nice to have so much rain during the summer to keep things nice and the ground not so hard.
