Usually they're usually more specific, like "he's out with an upper thigh".

Blatant flops in the NBA. I can understand falling down when you have mild contact, but when you arent even hit and it gets called and then you have to watch the highlights 5 times in 30 seconds on TV while the announcers even talk shite about the refs on how they shouldnt miss that, basically reading your mind.
