UHYiger, you and your type crack me up. You sit on here and yap like you know what you are talking about and try to sound smart by telling others they don't know what they are talking about. It is comical. I dont know what a subpoena dices tecum is? Maybe not, but I have had clerks in multiple parishes issue them multiple tomes. (Granted that is in a civil setting in a pending lawsuot.) So maybe they are just as confused as I am. (Perhaps there is a criminal equivalent? If so, I dont know what that would be off hand, but anybody with half a brain would get the gist.)
