Sounds like it has more to do with using a dirty needle than heroin.

THIS.... I love a good beer buzz.. and if I didn't have to worry about drug testing at work I would smoke some weed... But HEROIN????? NEVER had the urge to even try anything that heavy... Same with meth or COKE... Never done any of that.....
