That's not true.
As I pointed out in my thread on the incident, Jacobs' account contradicted the eyewitnesses' original account.
Jacobs said Gianforte first grabbed the recorder but the eyewitnesses said Gianforte first grabbed Jacobs by the neck with BOTH HANDS.
