I think the difference with Spurs is that they were clearly a much better team than Man United were this year. Can't say the same about City at all.

Overall? There can be an argument.

When they were in form and semi-healthy, City were great. The team progressed over the season but our lack of depth killed us. On paper I like our starting 11 against anyone. We had zero depth though. We were old as shite and relying on players past their prime. That's what separates good teams from great ones and that's what Pep and Txiki will address this summer.

If there is one complaint I've had with Txiki, it is that he doesn't know when to move on. Yaya came on strong at the end of the season but we could have had sold him for some quality bench players last year. Same with Zaba.
