SO what? Dumb? Yes. Illegal? No
Meanwhile HRC absolutely broke the law, multiple times and the very same people who are screaming about things Trump said or did that are NOT illegal were and are completely silent.

Federal law prohibits Presidential candidates from soliciting or accepting campaign assistance of any kind from foreign sources.
