I don't really fear it (especially not on a daily basis) - I just recognize it for what it is...a blight across the entire face of the earth. And I've been sick and tired for years of the mainstream obscurantists pretending as if it's something it isn't. It is not the same as the other major faiths of the world. It is an explicitly all-encompassing, political virus. American politicians need to start treating it as such - even Trump, who nominally criticized it during the campaign, is spewing nothing but silly platitudes even as he welcomes to the bosom the single greatest supporter of terrorism over the past 30 years. Ditto GWB and his cowardly response to the Danish cartoon "controversy".
