Trying to figure out my next workout cycle and today was an experiment.

Mile on treadmill to warmup

Bench
135x20 (4 sets)

DB curls
35x10 (4 sets)

Dips
BW (200#) x10 (4 sets)

10 mins rowing at 31 S/M


Thinking about making this my Thursday (starting next week) workout.
Mondays will be all DBs and much heavier at lower reps

Tuesdays will be high weight low rep squats and deadlift.

Fridays will be low weight high rep squats and deadlift.

Accompanying excersices with each day and at least 10 minutes on the rowing machine.

Wednesday is treadmill and rowing. No lifting.

5x5 tonight

Squats
OHP
Deadlift 1x5
2x12 skull crushers
2x12 barbell curls


Missed my 5th rep on bench Tuesday. Sad times. I've been able to increase weight and hit all reps up to that point.
