I am currently reading "The Guardian" by John Grisham.

Its about a lawyer who works for a non-profit that works to get innocent people out of jail.

It's Grisham's most recent book. I am almost finished, it isn't great, but its not terrible.

Just finished Call Sign Chaos by Jim Mattis and Bing West. Pretty good. It doesn't go in depth to his two years as SecDef, which is disappointing. One paragraph and his resignation letter.

Without Remorse by Tom Clancy

This is by far my favorite Clancy story. I haven't read it in years so I was excited to pull it off the shelf this evening.

Neal Stephenson - Fall; or, Dodge in Hell.

I'm about half way through and enjoying it much more than The Rise and Fall of DODO and at least as much as Stephenson's most recent 4-5 other books. It picks up where Reamde left off so I really would not recommend reading it as a stand alone. It falls back on Cryptonomicon somewhat as well so it's really a book for hard core Stephenson fans. It's speculative geek fiction guessing where technology (internet and artificial intelligence especially) and society are headed, with a good bit of social satire thrown in. The reviews are mixed at best but I'm digging it so far.
