It just seems bizarre to me that this would be the sloppiest hit in the history of hits.
Seth Rich walking back drunk from a bar may not have had the best decision making if confronted.

I agree - That's why I'd like to see some forensics on this. My logic says that it was an altercation (Attempted robbery?) gone awry and that Seth tried to run from the scene. Attacker shot him out of panic. The fact that Seth survived for some # of hours after being shot twice in the back doesn't seem in the least bit like a hired gun as the shooter. He certainly would not left his victim alive.
Hopefully the investigation into this is still open. I have no hopes that it will lead to HRC at all.
