thats why I asked how. I shy of a TB by about 60%. What's your setup?
4K smart tv
PS4
XBOX One
Fire Stick
I haven't even replaced my broken smart tv yet and hooked up my PC.
When my wife and three old were gone for three weeks I still went through 700GB. Just streaming Netflix and watching the NBA/ NHL playoff, EPL soccer and sports center.
Typical 4K uses 7GB-10GB an hour
HD content sports or movies uses 3GB to 5GB an hour.
People saying 1 TB is a lot to use are just not heavy use consumers.
My cap is 800GB, its bullshite. My ISP if you bust your cap three times automatically bump up your speed and increase your cap. Its bullshite and absurdly expensive but they are the only player in town.
I'd take 50 down and no cap all day.

quote:im guessing this is why. Just bought a new tv and was too cheap for a 4K tv which sounds like a good decision now. We are likely watching a similar amount of content but you're using up 2x the data on a 4K tv vs my 1080whateverthefrick.
