Their outfield atmosphere is 10x better than ours, which is truly a shame

And their grand stand is perpetually lifeless and half full. When it is full, it's old blue hairs that have been holding season tickets for 628 years.

And the way they filled the first- and third-base seats for the last game was truly amazing. Why had someone thrown a ball into those sections, especially near the end of the game, it could have hit someone. Maybe.

Had LSU had such a pathetic showing in the stands at the end of a last game of anything, we would have never heard the end of it. And I don't want to hear the excuse of the rain/bad weather in Starkville.

From what I can tell almost no one in the outfield shanty town was even watching the game.

Ben McDonald said when he was walking around the outfield on Friday night, his "off" night from working the game, he asked some of the people what the score in the game was and nobody could tell him.
