His averageness needs to make way for the new crop of backs in Peterson and Kamara.

He might just be fast enough to give us the help on the edge we've been needing. Ingbum slow, AD fast

Sure he could, but the Saints are looking to move him to DT where his size and skill set will be better utilized.

While Peterson is faster & a better runner...Ingram is a more complete back. Better pass protection, receiving skills, & fumbles less. Ingram is also in his prime.

Do you really want to go into the season with AP, Kamara, & Lasco at RB? Yea they could be good enough if everything goes the right way. Peterson is 33/injured last year, Kamara is a rookie, & Lasco is unproven/injured last year.
