It's how you get good Prosecutors in rural areas- getting them in New York or Chicago- that's not too hard, Harvard grads apply for that getting them in Eastern Oregon or Rural MS- yeah the PSL Forgiveness is a huge, huge part of the package- plus once those people live there for a decade a lot of them stay.
