To be fair, Trump not replacing hundreds (thousands) of replaceable Obama appointees has even Hannity and Rush flummoxed.
I'd blame Reince more than Trump for this, but ultimately the buck stops at Trump.

the man can't help himself about commenting about everything, and he is so insecure, the way he comments is to immediately go on the offensive and attack back
