Damn, that's really nice. Looks well out of my price range and out of range for the neighborhood I live in. That looks like it cost at least $50k. With something like that built, I'd assume the houses are above the $450-500k range. My little project will be around $27k when everything is done.

It's in a rural area of south BR. The outdoor area ended up being an add on while we were doing a complete remodel to the house. It looks really good now that they've hung all their tvs and laid out all of their furniture.
